Ordering, brewing and enjoying Cruze Coffee should be simple.
Which coffee should I choose?
Smooth Harry is a balanced everyday favourite, while The Godfather is a darker, stronger roast. Our single origins highlight coffee from individual growing regions, and flavoured beans add aroma without needing sweet syrups. Use the strength and tasting notes on each product to compare.
Can I order whole beans or ground coffee?
Available options are shown on each product. Choose whole beans for maximum control, or select a grind suited to your brewing method where offered.
How fresh is the coffee?
Cruze Coffee roasts in Cairns and packs coffee for delivery as fresh as practical. Store beans sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and moisture.
Do you deliver across Australia?
Yes. Available standard and express services are shown at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Can I build my own blend?
Yes. Open Build your own blend, choose two, three or four Cruze coffees and your preferred balance, grind and bag size, then add the custom blend to your cart.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Subscription products and available frequencies are managed through Shopify. The choices and recurring price are shown before checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Send an online-order enquiry as soon as possible. We will help where we can, but roasting, packing and fulfilment can begin quickly and a change may not always be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Use the contact form and include your order number, details of the problem and photographs where relevant. Keep the product and packaging until our team responds.
Are your Arkadia products and gift packs available online?
Yes. Use the category buttons in the shop to view Arkadia powders, chai, matcha and syrups, plus gift packs, hampers and merchandise.
